Soldering, dispensing, conformal coating, inspection and marking: discover the processes for your electronics manufacturing and the matching SASinno systems.

Program visually.
Solder precisely.
Use SASinno software to define points and paths for the selective-soldering process. The camera supports fiducial recognition and PCB capture.
The featured Ultra systems operate with an English-language user interface on Windows 11.
Selective soldering: every step matters.
Fluxing
Drop-jet fluxers apply flux precisely to the areas being processed.
Preheating
Matched preheating zones prepare the assembly thermally for soldering.
Soldering
Electromagnetic pumps and heated nitrogen support controlled solder wetting.
Monitoring
A live camera and automatic wave-height calibration help keep the process in view.
Which process fits?
Selective soldering
Targeted soldering of individual THT joints. Particularly useful when only specific areas of an assembly are to be soldered.
Matching systemsWave soldering
A continuous soldering process for THT assemblies in series production. Selection depends, among other factors, on PCB width, population and thermal requirements.
Matching systemsConformal coating
Selective coating application to protect electronic assemblies. Material, component geometry and keep-out areas determine the configuration.
Matching systemsRobotic soldering
The iBot series automates soldering with a soldering tool and wire feed. CCD-assisted programming supports setup. Depending on the model, one or two worktables, two soldering tools, or a combination of soldering and flux dispensing are available.
Matching systemsDispensing
Dispensing applies material precisely to defined locations on an assembly. The SD-400i combines servo-controlled axes with CCD visualisation for teaching the process. Material, dispense volume and geometry determine the application.
Matching systemsLaser marking
The LM510-C marks PCBs with a CO₂ laser. It can apply characters, barcodes and QR codes; CCD fiducial recognition supports positioning. This gives the assembly a machine-readable identifier.
Matching systemsCoating inspection
After conformal coating, the CI-900 optically inspects the coating using a 20-megapixel camera and UV and white-light illumination. SPC statistics support evaluation; SMEMA communication enables line integration.
