Targeted soldering of individual THT joints. Particularly useful when only specific areas of an assembly are to be soldered.

A continuous soldering process for THT assemblies in series production. Selection depends, among other factors, on PCB width, population and thermal requirements.

Selective coating application to protect electronic assemblies. Material, component geometry and keep-out areas determine the configuration.

The iBot series automates soldering with a soldering tool and wire feed. CCD-assisted programming supports setup. Depending on the model, one or two worktables, two soldering tools, or a combination of soldering and flux dispensing are available.

Dispensing applies material precisely to defined locations on an assembly. The SD-400i combines servo-controlled axes with CCD visualisation for teaching the process. Material, dispense volume and geometry determine the application.

The LM510-C marks PCBs with a CO₂ laser. It can apply characters, barcodes and QR codes; CCD fiducial recognition supports positioning. This gives the assembly a machine-readable identifier.
