Standard equipment

The coating software runs on a Windows industrial PC with an English-language user interface.
Material supply
A 10-litre material tank and a 3-litre tank for cleaning agent are provided.
Servo axes with ball screws
A welded frame together with servo motors and ball screws on all axes forms the motion platform.
Rotatable and tiltable valves
The valve arrangement supports rotation through ±180° and tilting for targeted coating of hard-to-reach areas.
CCD fiducial recognition
The camera supports programming and fiducial recognition.
Motorized transport width and clamping
The transport width can be adjusted by motor between 70 and 500 mm. PCB clamping is standard.
